Job description

As part of the back office team, you will support our sales staff by independently processing tenders and preparing offers. You like to work in a team and you are structured? You enjoy working with Excel and can work independently at the same time? The use of common CRM tools such as Salesforce is nothing new to you? Then you will feel at home in an international team at Actonic!

About the position

With our consulting and development department we support multiple international enterprise customers since 2015 in implementing software and processes – mainly from the Atlassian toolstack. An important component of our strategy is the professionalization and expansion of our sales department. Therefore, we are looking for an inside sales representative.

Type of job: Full time and permanent employment

Start: As soon as possible

Location: In Stuttgart

Work experience: With first working experience

  • Support in developing and implementing our sales and acquisition concept

  • Independent preparation of offers

  • Support in tenders

  • Support and consulting of our customers by phone and mail

  • Analyzing potential target customers and markets

  • Assistance on events

  • Independent handling of order processing and complaints

  • Use & maintenance of contacts in Salesforce & others

  • Control of due dates

Your profile

  • Degree in business/sales/marketing, commercial education or relevant work experience – more important than your educational background is your experience and motivation
    First experience in the internal sales department of an IT company is an advantage

  • Fluent in German and English (spoken & written)
  • First experience with Salesforce is an advantage

  • Helpful and empathetic nature, as well as fun in the processing of written quotations

  • Pleasure in quality-conscious and at the same time efficient work

  • High degree of accuracy and eye for detail

  • Working together on projects as part of a team and passion for selling products in IT services in B2B business

  • Communicative, empathic nature, networking skills

  • Very good MS Office skills
