You know how to handle customer requests and messages on social media? You always have the most important information for our readers on hand, you’re communicative, professional and at the same time human in your wording? You’re aware of trends in the community, are able to abstract ideas and new marketing activities from it? Then we are looking forward to meeting you!

About the position

With our professional services (consulting, support, training, development) as well as Actonic products we support customers worldwide since 2015 in their digital transformation. To build up our Marketing team, we are looking for a communicative community manager.

Type of job: Full time and permanent employment

Start: As soon as possible

Location: In Stuttgart or nationwide

Your future

  • Operative management of marketing campaigns

  • Online marketing for social media, content and performance marketing

  • Development of our community on social media, in the Atlassian ecosystem and for Salesforce

  • Caring for our community and answering questions

  • Monitoring the community for trends

  • Reporting key results from the community

  • Developing new content strategies

  • Working closely with other colleagues from different departments (Sales, partner management etc.)

Your profile

  • Degree in marketing, media, communication or similar working experience – more important than your degree is your know-how

  • Fluent in German and English (spoken & written) is a must!

  • Experience in marketing, ideally in community management

  • Some knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus

  • Some knowledge in common tools is a plus (WordPress, Mailchimp)

  • Interested in IT topics
